Based on that assumption, I felt that an operation would not solve the problem, so I chose to go with IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy) followed wow gold by quarterly injections of Lupron for two years. The radiation was not at all painful, just tedius…five treatments a week for nearly 10 weeks. However, the side effects are just beginning to show up and they are an aggravation. Hopefully, they will dissipate over time.
