how many programmer involved in devloping Digi Chat the first
version ?
The first version of DigiChat was developed by a single programmer over
a period of about 18 months. By v2.0 we had three or four programmers
working on it. We continue to dedicate constant resources and new
features to it and look forward to our upcoming v5.1 release.
- what was the difficulty of start a new project like that ?
In the beginning it was very difficult, as Java was very new and had
many bugs. Most of the development time was in debugging Java issues
and making our software work correctly by working around those issues.
It was always very important that our software worked on all platforms
flawlessly, this includes Windows, Macintosh and Linux.
