in my openion i think that its a cos of us the hosting providers from the first cos i think thhe arabic costumer havent find from the first where to test his application and program in the arabic side and he cant use the international company for his bad english (like me cos i prefer german) and they prefer arabic to try understand there hosting and there script , i see in fransch company that they use it alot and in the arabic side there is tunisia
and finily every one know that the most profitionell site use ASP nad jsp
