• +5 years of technical support and hosting of websites and servers administration.
• Experience of managing a team within a Helpdesk environment thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with install hosting software and configure any hosting server (Linux with shell – windows 2008 server)
• Some information SSH/SCP Clients.
• Experience with work on (Mysql – MMSql server 2008) database.
• Apache HTTP Server 1.x/2.x; Microsoft IIS 4.x/5.x/6.x.
• Email servers – Postfix, Dovecot and Exchange.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows.
• Apache HTTP Server 1.x/2.x; Microsoft IIS 4.x/5.x/6.x.
• Experience with ADOBE PHOTO SHOP 7 ,8 , CS ME FRONT PAGE.
• Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Manage a team of helpdesk analysts and ensure that agreed targets are met and appropriate qualitative standards achieved.
• Excellent Analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good understanding of internet technology.
• Able to work as part of a team and on own.
• Languages Known English (Good) & Arabic (is mother language).
