This account has been cancelled and all fees refunded due to suspected credit card fraud. This action was taken because the billing address provided is incomplete/invalid and does not verify with the credit card issuing bank. Also there are two different people listed on this account.
Please have the cardholder send us a copy of government issued photo-identification such as a passport or drivers license and we can re-open this account. This information can be scanned and attached to your next response or faxed to 480-505-8865.
